1. Ownership

RealtorTools is owned and operated by CM & AP. LLC. Unless otherwise stated, all software, platform structure, dashboards, screens, workflows, calculators, formulas, documentation, written content, designs, graphics, videos, reports, marketing materials, and other materials are owned by or licensed to CM & AP. LLC.

2. Protected Materials

Protected materials include, without limitation:

• The RealtorTools name, platform concept, layouts, visual design, and user interface.
• Mathematical and financial applications, calculators, models, workflows, and report structures.
• Realtor, MLO, Title Company, Inspector, Admin, Marketing, Statistics, and Reports dashboards.
• Forms, templates, tables, documentation, videos, graphics, landing pages, and marketing copy.
• Database structures, subsystem logic, operational processes, and platform organization.

3. Restrictions

Without written permission from CM & AP. LLC, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RealtorTools materials.
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, imitate, or create derivative platforms based on RealtorTools.
• Remove copyright, trademark, proprietary, or confidentiality notices.
• Use RealtorTools content, formulas, workflows, or designs to build a competing system.
• Scrape, extract, automate, or harvest platform content or data without authorization.

4. Limited License to Users

Subject to active subscription status, compliance, and authorization, RealtorTools grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for their professional real estate-related activities. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Materials

RealtorTools may use third-party services, libraries, payment processors, communication providers, hosting systems, icons, fonts, or other third-party materials. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

6. Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on RealtorTools infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient detail to identify the material, your ownership claim, contact information, and the action requested.

7. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CM & AP. LLC. Unauthorized use of RealtorTools intellectual property may result in suspension, termination, legal action, and other remedies available under applicable law.
