• Payment status, subscription status, Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, and checkout session references.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RealtorTools does not store full credit card numbers or full payment card credentials on its servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security policies.

3. How We Use Information

• To create, manage, activate, and secure user accounts.
• To provide access to RealtorTools dashboards, calculators, forms, reports, and platform features.
• To process subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and account status updates.
• To connect users within authorized professional subsystems.
• To send operational notices, support responses, marketing communications, and service updates.
• To improve platform functionality, performance, security, analytics, and user experience.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, prevent fraud, and protect the platform.

4. Communications, Email, and SMS

RealtorTools may use email, SMS, or other communications to provide account notices, platform updates, payment-related messages, support responses, and marketing communications. Users may opt out of marketing communications where applicable. Transactional or account-related messages may still be sent when necessary to operate the platform.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Technical Data

We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, usage patterns, timestamps, and similar data through cookies, logs, analytics tools, or hosting systems. This information helps improve security, performance, and usability.

RealtorTools is designed around professional roles and subsystem participation. Certain profile, contact, and professional information may be displayed or shared within authorized platform areas to support collaboration among Realtors, Mortgage Loan Originators, Title Companies, and Home Inspectors.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and RealtorTools cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through the internet.

9. Data Retention

RealtorTools may retain account, subscription, communication, technical, and business records for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support business operations.

10. User Choices

Users may request updates, corrections, access, or deletion of certain account information, subject to business, legal, payment, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

11. Children’s Privacy

RealtorTools is intended for use by adults and professional users. The platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

RealtorTools may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
