These Terms & Uses govern access to and use of the RealtorTools platform, website, dashboards, calculators, financial applications, forms, reports, marketing tools, and related services provided by CM & AP. LLC.
RealtorTools is a technology platform designed to support real estate professionals, including Realtors, Mortgage Loan Originators, Title Companies, and Home Inspectors. The platform provides mathematical, financial, lead generation, communication, and operational tools to assist professional users in evaluating real estate scenarios.
RealtorTools is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, title company, home inspection company, law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, or investment advisor.
Information, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports generated by RealtorTools are provided for informational, educational, operational, and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, mortgage, tax, insurance, title, inspection, accounting, investment, or real estate advice.
Users are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making or presenting any decision based on results generated by the platform.
RealtorTools may generate projections, mortgage-related estimates, investment analyses, cash flow estimates, ROI calculations, payment scenarios, expense assumptions, and other financial outputs. These outputs are estimates only and may differ from actual results.
Each professional user is solely responsible for verifying all data, assumptions, rates, fees, loan terms, property information, legal requirements, title information, inspection information, and financial results before using or presenting them to a client, customer, investor, partner, broker, lender, attorney, title company, inspector, or other party.
Mortgage, title, inspection, and professional information entered by users may be used to support calculations, reports, and professional connections within the platform. RealtorTools does not independently verify professional licenses, rates, underwriting criteria, title charges, inspection qualifications, or compliance obligations.
RealtorTools may offer paid subscriptions or paid access plans. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RealtorTools does not store full credit card numbers. Subscription access may be activated, suspended, canceled, or limited based on payment status, subscription status, compliance, misuse, or administrative review.
Fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, promotional pricing, and plan features may change from time to time. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. RealtorTools may suspend or terminate access if it detects unauthorized use, suspicious activity, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or actions that may harm the platform or other users.
RealtorTools may support email, SMS, or other communications for platform notifications, marketing, lead follow-up, operational updates, or customer engagement. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any marketing communications they initiate or manage comply with applicable consent, opt-out, privacy, and communications laws.
Users must not use RealtorTools to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, abusive, or non-compliant communications.
RealtorTools, including its name, platform structure, dashboards, workflows, calculators, formulas, designs, text, graphics, reports, processes, software, videos, marketing materials, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to CM & AP. LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM & AP. LLC and RealtorTools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, lost commissions, failed transactions, inaccurate estimates, investment losses, financing denials, or reliance on platform outputs.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CM & AP. LLC, RealtorTools, its owners, officers, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from user conduct, misuse of the platform, professional services, client presentations, communications, legal non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.
RealtorTools may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
